This game is hilarious and easy to play in your own way. My husband got it for me as something to do for my birthday as I couldn't go out due to my health conditions and we opened it and played it before my birthday, we couldn't wait after seeing all the ads on Instagram😂 I recently bought the NSFW expansion pack for more laughs and it's been fun. Only thing knocking a star off would be the questions/prompts can be a bit too exact or some are a lil boring so, it's sometimes a struggle to make an answer, if one at all, so some simpler or revisal of a few of them would be my only feedback☺️
Love the NSFW expansion pack! It really makes it fun and adds a lot more laughs. It’s great that they’re darker magnets so you can separate the packs again if you need to. Really just wish the expansions came with more trays as I feel like this game could easily accommodate up to 8 (or more) people!
Incredibly fun, was a huge hit with the gang. Would absolutely reccomend if you like Cards Against Humanity - this has a similar energy to it. I got the expansion and the NSFW addition. Massive kudos to the designers, y'all nailed it with this one.
We played random notes for the first time on Saturday night. On Sunday the kids (11 and 14) were begging for more. It’s fun and a great opportunity to think creatively. This answer from our 11 year old had us in tears.
So much fun, just like I knew it would be! Challenging, mentally stimulating, creative and for Neurospicy people like myself and my friends, its the inventor of new catch phrases 🤣🤣 Example: the prompt was something along the lines of 'explain why you would have a moat' and the winning response was, "it supply duck" 🤣🤣 I can't wait to play again. I love cards against humanity, but this is like a choose your own adventure version with SO many prompt cards it will take awhile of playing before you ever see the same cards. Highly recommend, especially to anyone who's a word nerd :)
Every time we play this game we laugh until we cry! The expansion pack added a new level of chaos to the fun. I love that Ransom Note has such great replay value. Even when we got the the point of playing enough times to have repeat prompts, the answers around the table are always new. Highly recommend this fun game!
I ordered this in conjunction with the base game. Cracked it open Christmas after the Beef Wellington… and edibles (legal here!). Played it with my husband, sister-in-law and her husband. Our two, twenty-something sons refused to join, so we appointed them “judges”. Pretty sure they’re scarred for life. It was an uproariously hysterical, obscene and 100% inappropriate evening. In other words, absolute perfection. Thank you!! (and zero expectation this review gets posted).
